Although I am not a big fan of foul language, the concept here is GREAT! I voted for Obama. And although No one is perfect, people ought to give the man a chance! He may make mistakes but he needs our prayers and support. he has alot of responsibility….

Laurie, sounds like you are doing well! Just wanted to drop in and say hi..and great news on the garden that is producing!
Soup sounds very good…..we got 4″ of snow…and I have been making ‘cold weather’ dishes for us to eat…..so far so good!

I watched, too It was definitely a historical moment!

Laurie, you must tell me your broccoli secret! LOL Everytime I grow it, somebody else (ie., a critter) gets to eat it!

I found out that I can petition the city here to be able to keep 3 chickens… provided, of course, that I jump through all their hoops. I guess I’ll start practicing my jumping now. LOL

What a great event for the kids to experience!!! I worked yesterday and didn’t get a chance to watch it.

Gardening is such a learning experience!! I wasn’t able to grow broccoli at all when I tried that! Keep on trying it and figuring out what works. I need to move my garden this year and am not looking forward to it, lol.

I watched the inaugeration today too, and I good expectations of the next few years! When things hit rock bottom…there’s only one other way to go! LOL
Glad to hear that you have had a good day. Other than watching the presidential stuff, Chuck had a drs appt today, and otherwise we are doing nothing. I like doing nothing!

Lots of people use hamburger in thier soups! Its not like you are making them eat fish soup or anything. Thats one soup I dont think I will ever try.
